MISSION STATEMENT

Universal Investments Realty and Auction was established by Mackie Shelton, Principle Broker and CEO.  Mackie began his real estate career in 1981.  His 30 plus years of experience provides a strong foundation for our team oriented agency.

Our agents and auctioneers are focused and dedicated to providing the best possible service to each of our clients.  The Dream Team, along with our other affiliates make up THE UNIVERSAL GROUP.

CONSTRUCTION BY SHELTON, our own construction company, which enables us to custom build a home to suit your needs.  

FINANCING, We are very proud of the association we have with multiple lending resources.  We have  established a reputation with government agencies to assist clients in qualifying for home loans.

UNIVERSAL CREDIT MANAGEMENT, We help repair credit and work with creditors to lower payments or balances.
